Electric Vehicles Unlimited, LLC (EVU) is an exclusive North and South America distributor for Geo Vehicles. Geo Vehicles is a European leader in developing, engineering and producing a full range of electric vehicles, including a wide variety of electric ATVs, Recreational Utility Vehicles, Medium Duty Industrial Vehicles, buses and a soon to be released street legal automobile capable of speeds up to 50 mph.
EVU has been formed for the purpose of marketing an electric vehicle product line, which includes the Geo Mini Stealth, Geo Stealth, Geo Tuff Truk, Geo Industrial and Geo Bus.
Company Ownership
EVU was founded in 2007 by Michael Clevenger. Clevenger has acquired the exclusive marketing and distribution rights for the “Geo Vehicle” brand of electric vehicles for all of North America and South America. Clevenger has also obtained rights to market Geo products in Russia.
Clevenger began his career in electric vehicles as Director of Sales and Marketing with Global Electric Motorcars, LLC (GEM) in 1997, traveling around the world to open and support GEM Dealers and Distributors. He also has an extensive background in new product and market development.
Along with his electric vehicle background Clevenger has put his management experience to work with other start-up companies, such as Sugar Sand Marine and MagTec Energy. In 2002, Clevenger founded B&M Trading, LLC an international trading company specializing in sales, marketing and distribution of various products to the international marketplace.
Clevenger’s expertise totals 25 years of successful sales and marketing on the national level as well as in the international marketplace.
Geo Vehicle History
Geo vehicles is the European Leader in electric vehicles, developing, engineering and producing a full range of electric vehicles including a wide variety of electric ATVs, Recreational Utility Vehicles, Medium Duty Industrial Vehicles, Buses and soon to be released a street legal automobile capable of speeds up to 50 mph.
Geo vehicles was founded in Italy by Valerio Capelloni. Prior to Geo, Capelloni had been a distributor for over 30 years in Northern Italy for some of the most prestigious automotive brands such as Subaru, Honda, Saab and Jaguar.
With Subaru he had participated in the Paris-Dakar Race, Pharaons Rally in Egypt and the Atlas Rally in Marocc.
In 1998 he became the European Distributor for Global Electric Motorcars, LLC beginning the European distribution network in Italy and Switzerland and later expanding to other European countries.
Today, GEO operates worldwide with 14 employees and 120 contractors grossing $32 million in gross sales.
